Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Clean-Up Laborers to support active job sites by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is essential to keeping projects running efficiently and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove debris, trash, and hazardous materials from construction sites
- Sweep, shovel, and clean work areas, including floors, walls, and equipment
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks when required
- Operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and site procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
