About the Opportunity
We are hiring Senior and Principal Systems Engineers (MBSE) to support enterprise-level systems engineering, architecture, and integration across complex, multi-domain environments.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who have applied MBSE in real-world DoD/IC programs—not just conceptually—and can operate across technical teams and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to define and manage system architecture
• Develop and maintain system models using Cameo Systems Modeler (or similar tools)
• Ensure full requirements traceability from concept through implementation
• Support system integration, interface management, and validation activities
• Leverage Digital Engineering practices to improve design, integration, and test workflows
• Collaborate across Government, SETA, and contractor teams
• Utilize modeling and simulation to evaluate system performance
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field
• Hands-on experience applying MBSE using Cameo or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of Digital Engineering practices and toolchains
• Experience supporting classified DoD or Intelligence Community programs
• Ability to work across engineering teams and program stakeholders
• Programming experience (Python preferred)
• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph preferred)
• U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with systems integration, installation, or test activities
• Familiarity with RFC/change management processes
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
• Experience working across multiple contracts or distributed teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Leveling
• Senior (P3): 6 years of experience
• Principal (P4): 8 years of experience
Clearance Requirement
This position requires an active and transferable TS/SCI clearance. A CI Polygraph is preferred. Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.
