Warehouse Delivery Driver

Talent Sourcing Direct is seeking a warehouse delivery driver to assist with merchandise pickups and deliveries. for one of our clients.. Wholesale food distribution company located in El Monte, This role also involves driving the company's 24-foot box truck vehicle and assisting with general warehouse duties.This is a day-shift position - Monday-Friday as early as 5:00 am in the morning but start times may vary depending on the business needs. Ideal candidate is an "early-bird" who is flexible, outgoing, and customer-service driven.Essential FunctionsDrives 24-foot company box truck for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated client sites.Loads delivery vehicles for the purpose of ensuring that all items and supplies are properly secured.Maintains vehicles (e.g., checking fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of vehicle.Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements.Receives stock and non-stock items for the purpose of ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct and/or inspecting items for damage.Stocks equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining required inventory levels.RequirementsMust have a valid Class C driver's license.Must have a clean DMV record.Minimum of 2 years in a related roleExperience operating and maintaining 24-foot box truck.Able to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to work overtime and weekends if necessary.Apply today!
