Talent Sourcing Direct is currently seeking an experienced Janitorial Associate, in the area of North Hollywood
This is a full-time position scheduled Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM..
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our contract manufacturing facility and office spaces. This includes daily cleaning of restrooms, offices, and common areas, as well as operating floor-cleaning equipment and keeping windows and glass surfaces spotless. The role also requires monitoring supply levels and notifying management when restocking is needed.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Monitor and restock bathroom and breakroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.); promptly notify management when additional supplies are needed.
Perform general cleaning of offices, hallways, meeting rooms, and break areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal).
Operate push floor scrubber (“Samboni”) and other janitorial equipment to maintain clean and safe floors.
Wash windows, glass surfaces, and doors regularly to maintain a professional appearance.
Maintain cleanliness in designated manufacturing facility areas (floors, shared spaces, trash removal).
Empty and dispose of waste and recyclables according to facility procedures.
Support periodic deep-cleaning projects as scheduled.
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following company protocols.
Report maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
Qualifications
Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred (manufacturing or office environment a plus).
Experience using floor-cleaning equipment such as push floor scrubbers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Basic understanding of safe chemical handling.
