Embroidery Machine Operator

Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm

Must be bilingual - Spanish/English

An embroidery machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computerized embroidery machines to apply designs to textiles. This involves tasks like reading work orders, selecting appropriate threads and needles, loading designs, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. They also perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. 

• Machine Operation:
  Operating multi-head embroidery machines to apply designs onto various fabrics and garments. 
• Setup & Preparation:
  Setting up the machine for each job by selecting appropriate threads, needles, and hooping the fabric. 
• Troubleshooting:
  Addressing minor machine malfunctions and informing supervisors of persistent issues. 
• Attention to Detail: Essential for detecting defects and ensuring high-quality embroidery.
