If you want uncapped earning potential and control over your success, keep reading.What You’ll DoRun full-cycle recruitingOwn the entire process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, prepping, presenting, and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, perm, and RPO roles.Hunt for top talentUse job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and your own creativity to find and attract high-quality engineering and construction professionals.Partner with clients like a consultantWork closely with hiring managers, HR, and client stakeholders to understand the role, team dynamics, urgency, and “must-haves vs. nice-to-haves.”Build and maintain pipelinesKeep a warm, organized pipeline of candidates for recurring roles and future needs, so you’re never starting from zero when a req hits.Own candidate relationshipsGuide candidates through the process with honesty and transparency – from first outreach to offer acceptance – ensuring a professional, smooth experience.Stay sharp on the marketTrack hiring trends, pay ranges, and competitive intel so you can advise clients and candidates with real data, not guesses.Hit activity and production goalsManage your desk like a business: plan your week, track your numbers, and drive toward placements and revenue.What You BringExperience:Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (agency background strongly preferred).Experience recruiting in engineering, construction, or technical fields is a big plus.Tools & Tech:Comfortable using ATS and recruiting tools (any flavor – we’ll teach you ours).Strong skills with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for daily communication, tracking, and reporting.Skills & Mindset:Strong communication and negotiation skills – you can handle tough conversations and keep everyone aligned.Excellent relationship-building – with both clients and candidates.Organized and self-directed – you manage your own workload and don’t need hand-holding.Resilient and competitive – you understand recruiting can be a rollercoaster and you’re here for it.What We Offer100% Commission CompensationAggressive commission structure tied directly to your production.The more you place, the more you earn.
