Overview
We are seeking a motivated, sharp, and driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our existing client base. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of sales or account management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment and can quickly learn technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, serving as a primary point of contact
- Identify opportunities to expand account size, increase order volume, and deepen partnerships
- Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, etc.) to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and order details with accuracy and urgency
- Track activity and pipeline within CRM and maintain organized account records
- Proactively follow up on open opportunities and client requests
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Naturally curious and able to quickly learn technical products/services
- Problem-solver mindset with a proactive approach to client needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
