We’re seeking an On-Site Construction Manager to lead field operations for major airport/aviation projects, overseeing self-perform and subcontractor teams from mobilization through commissioning.You’ll be the primary on-site point of contact for all construction activities, working closely with the Sr. Project Manager to keep safety, quality, schedule, and budget tightly under control.What You’ll DoLead pre-construction planning: scheduling, estimating, staffing, site logisticsRun construction coordination & documentation, including pre-con meetings and progress meetingsCollaborate with subcontractors and vendors to build and maintain realistic, reliable schedulesOversee start-up and commissioning plans and manage the commissioning processSupport engineers with quantity take-offs and other construction services tasksImplement and manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple project typesChampion a strong HSE/EHS culture, ensuring strict OSHA complianceSupervise mechanical, electrical, commissioning, architectural, and structural scopesLead the site team through mobilization, execution, and demobilizationManage self-perform installations (mechanical, electrical, steel erection)Ensure timely, accurate project reporting to stakeholdersAirport/Aviation project experience is critical to success in this role.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience10 years of Construction Management experienceStrong background overseeing mechanical and electrical subcontractors in industrial/complex facilitiesProven ability to enforce quality, safety, and security requirements on-siteOSHA 30-hour safety card required; OSHA 30 Trainer and CMAA certification are a plusProficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, NAVISworks, Bluebeam, Procore, and CMSExperience reading and working from mechanical, electrical, and steel installation drawingsKnowledge of construction scheduling (Primavera P6 a plus)Skilled in planning and adjusting resources, schedules, and material deliveryValid passport (for potential international travel) and driver’s licenseMust be able to meet insurance underwriting requirementsIf you’re ready to take ownership of high-visibility airport projects and lead teams on the ground where it all happens, apply now on ZipRecruiter and let’s talk.Company DescriptionWe care about the success of each member of out team! Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
