Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for commercial construction projects? We’re seeking a Construction Estimator to join a reputed General Contractor firm that has been transforming communities for over decades. This is a Full-Time position for its on-going commercial construction projects in Toledo, OH.
Responsibilities include:
· Read and interpret plans and specifications
· Develop estimates and bids for construction projects
· Conduct material-take offs and develop cost estimates within the commercial construction industry
· Actively involved in negotiating or scope clarifications with subcontractors to get the best number
· Coordinate and communicate with all the stakeholders from time to time
Qualification & Skills:
· Minimum 3 Years of experience in estimating and contract buyouts within the General Contracting industry
· MUST BE - Proficient in estimating Commercial Construction projects
· Experience of Estimating S/w (SAGE, On-Screen, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, Timberline etc.)
· Detail oriented and data driven, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills required.
Compensation:
Up to $140,000/year
