Job Description:
"Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update user guides, SOPs, process flows, wikis, and training materials for finance, operations, vendor, asset, and data management.
- Document vendor onboarding, contract/PO management, supply chain, and asset lifecycle (acquisition to retirement).
- Maintain change management and governance process docs, including compliance and audit requirements.
- Create and manage business data definitions, data catalog entries, and certification process documentation.
- Prepare executive summaries (TLDRs), reporting templates, and roadmaps for leadership and team use.
- Ensure all documentation is logically organized, easily discoverable, and regularly updated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, IT, Data Management, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years in technical writing, financial/business operations, or data management.
- Strong understanding of finance, vendor, asset, change, governance, and data documentation.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs, Wikis, Data Catalogs).
Preferred
- Experience in tech or software environments.
- Familiarity with FP&A, asset/data management systems, and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of data governance and analytics.
