Job Responsibilities
Required:
Night shift, 12-hour shifts every third weekend. Can accommodate blocked scheduling depending on current needs. Candidates must be willing to float to post-partum as needed.
Additional Requirements: 2 years experience in labor/delivery, OR experience (circulating), high-risk OB, able to perform vaginal exams, NRP, FM, ACLS, and BLS certifications.

- Assess, plan, delegate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients.
- Educate patients and families in health promotion and disease management.
- Administer medications safely according to United Health Services policy.
- Participate in productivity and effective resource utilization.
- Comply with all nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in professional development and continuing education.
- Integrate nursing research and current evidence into practice.
- Provide a supportive learning environment for new employees and students.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Nursing (RN) experience: 6 months - 3 years.
- Management experience: 0 - 3 years.
- Collaboration, communication, judgement, and critical thinking.
- Organizational understanding, planning, problem solving, quality, reliability, safety, and risk management.
- Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
