Assignment Details
- Employment Type: Temporary Contract
- Contract Length: 6 Months
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Shift Options (Rotating):
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Shift rotation required; work hours may vary based on operational needs.
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and patient safety protocols.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers or equivalent CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association.
- Bilingual skills are not required.
- Bill Rate Range: $80.46-$103.34 per hour
- Standard Bill Rate: $91.06 per hour (based on approximately five years of relevant RN experience)
