- Assessment Skills: Perform thorough and accurate assessments to deliver appropriate patient care.
- Clinical Skills: Demonstrate competent clinical skills and provide direct patient care in support of the team.
- Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate documentation of the nursing process and patient progress.
- Professionalism: Uphold professional practice responsibility and identify areas for clinical growth.
- Patient Satisfaction: Respond professionally and courteously to patients, families, and co-workers.
- Safety: Follow National Patient Safety Goals and use safe transfer techniques.
- Unit Specific Functions: Individualize patient care according to procedures and anesthesia types.
- Responsibility and Accountability: Prioritize patient care based on needs and condition changes.
- Patient Education and Chart Completion: Include patients and families in education and perform pre- and post-operative assessments.
- Duties Specific to PAT RN: Support timely completion of patient testing and evaluate Pre Admission Testing orders.
- 2 years critical care experience - required
- RN License - Required
- BLS - Required
- ACLS - Required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Salary : $82 - $85
