Position Summary: The main function is to provide reactive and proactive research operations support by quickly responding to the immediate needs of those conducting research and supporting long-term enablement and education programs around research processes.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party research software suppliers.
- Support researcher onboarding and offboarding, managing access to tools and software.
- Monitor research account balances and inform renewal needs and strategies.
- Distribute research opportunities to the participant panel, collaborating with the owning researcher to optimize marketing content.
- Support and grow the participant panel through activities such as template creation and community engagement.
- Become an expert in participant recruiting processes, providing recruiting support and answering questions.
- Regularly report on tool and participant panel usage.
- Identify issues with process documentation, update documentation accordingly.
- Learn UX research practices and regulations to teach them to others.
- Create scalable training materials for researcher and non-researcher audiences about UX research.
- Identify and pursue additional participant recruiting sources as directed.
- Lead efforts to target recruiting specific user profiles into our research panel as directed.
- Contribute to operating and improving the internal participant panel, enhancing researcher communications, and supporting educational initiatives such as documentation and training.
- Manage research distributions, improve documentation, and support tooling access.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of overall experience in the field; 1–3 years in marketing or UX research.
- No degree required.
- Ideal candidates have a blend of UX/Research/Design, Marketing Project/Program Management experience; a bonus if they have educator or instructional design experience.
- Performance will be assessed based on meeting SLAs (tooling access, research distributions), responsiveness during core hours, proactive improvements, and feedback from third-party suppliers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with project management (task breakdown, workback schedule, work tracking—ideally in Azure DevOps).
- Minimum 2 years of experience fluent with SharePoint authoring (Communication site WYSIWYG editing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with persuasive writing (email marketing).
- 2-4 years of professional experience required.
- Equivalent work experience or a bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (such as UX research, marketing, or project management).
Preferred:
- Must work effectively independently.
- Must be communicative and timely.
- Must be adaptable.
- Must learn quickly and be able to help others troubleshoot the use of various software tools.
- Understanding of data privacy policies (GDPR).
- Familiarity with writing marketing or persuasive content.
- Experience with UX research (e.g., participant profiles, customer journeys).
- Experience with instructional design (creating e-learning experiences).
