Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Open to first-time travelers.
- Locals are accepted with a rate difference.
- Required Skills: MED/Surg, Telemetry-remote monitoring, Rapid Response Team usage, dysrhythmia interpretation, and various patient care protocols.
- Required Certifications: BCLS
- MS/Tele, Telemetry, dysrhythmia management, ABG interpretation, and EPIC experience.
- Target Ratios: 1:5-6
- Shifts: 12-hour days; 36 or 48 hours accepted. Overtime billed after 48 hours if applicable.
- Contract Duration: 13 - 26 weeks
- Contract staff may be required to work during catastrophic events or disasters.
- RTO: Maximum of 7 days
- Floating Requirement: Floating required
- Weekend Requirement: 12-16 per contract

- Isolation area for COVID patients
- Multi-level care including stepdown (managed by stepdown staff)
- Medication: Pyxis
- Documentation: Epic
- Communication: SBAR
- Scheduling is based on unit needs.
- Unit Orientation: 24 hours
- Hospital Orientation: Week one; attendance required for all classes.
- Scrubs: Navy/White
- EKG Testing: Must pass prior to start
Salary : $44 - $47
