- 12-hour shifts every other weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun): 3pm-3:30am or 7pm-7:30am
- 8 or 12-hour evening or night shifts throughout the week, based on unit needs
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC
- Skills: IV Start (required), Triage and Conscious Sedation (preferred)
- Float between Mercy Coon Rapids & Mercy Unity campuses as needed
- First-timers accepted
- Locals accepted
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 12-hour shifts, 40 hours for shifts less than 12 hours
- Type: Acute Care Hospital
