What are the responsibilities and job description for the OT Pediatrics position at TALENT Software Services?
Duties
- This position involves working in a small, hospital-based outpatient clinic that provides full services with OT, PT, and SLP.
- The primary patient diagnoses include autism and developmental delay. When outpatient census is low, therapists may be required to float into the hospital, making acute care experience preferred.
- The daily patient load is approximately 7 patients per day, with shifts consisting of 8-hour days.
- The facility guarantees hours, allowing for one shift call-off per two weeks.

- At least 1 year of experience, enough to be proficient and independent
