Daily Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures across AWS and Azure.
- Architect VPC/VNet segmentation, routing, and connectivity, including hub-and-spoke and transit VPC/VNet models.
- Integrate on-premises networks with cloud environments using Site-to-Site VPN, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute.
- Define and enforce network standards, reference architectures, and security guardrails.
- Design and maintain secure ingress/egress controls and east-west traffic inspection.
- Implement network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust security principles.
- 5-10 years of experience in Information Security and Engineering.
- 5 years of experience designing and maintaining AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Strong experience in cloud security architecture, operations, and automation.
- Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Security tools and configurations
- Deployment architectures
- Incident and investigation reports
- 5 years of experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Palo Alto VM-Series firewalls in AWS and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Palo Alto Networks Firewalls
- F5 Load Balancing / Firewall
- Infoblox
- Forescout
- Prisma Cloud
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Active AWS or Azure certification (mandatory).
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- PCNSA or PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certification)
