Job Duration and Schedule

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8 hours per day
  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Floating Required

Vaccination and Time Off Requirements

  • Travelers must be vaccinated with a booster
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission

Qualifications And Experience

  • Certification: ASCP-HT required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years, no first-time travelers

Department Details

This position involves working in the Histology department, handling tasks such as:

  • Grossing, embedding, and microtomy
  • Staining including automated IHC and special stains
  • Some manual special stains
  • Routine hospital anatomical pathology specimens
