Core Duties
- Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, online accessibility, and terminology.
- Design and format publications, and coordinate printing and distribution of technical documents.
- Develop web or print content that complies with department and university standards.
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
- Monitor and resolve HelpSU tickets.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills in addition to relevant technical knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Good working knowledge of content management systems such as Drupal.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative tools.

- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally stand/walk, writing by hand.
- Rarely use a telephone, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
