What are the responsibilities and job description for the CT Tech position at TALENT Software Services?
Duties
- Perform both CT and X-Ray Tech duties.
- Participate in call shifts 1-2 times per week from 1700-0700.
- Work alternating 4x8 and 5x8 day shifts, with start times varying from 0700-0900.
- Provide weekend coverage every fourth to fifth weekend.
- Conduct bedside/portable procedures, including Abdomen supine (KUB) & Abdomen Upright.
- Proficient in Abdomen and Pelvis imaging, both without and with contrast.
- Skilled in Spine and Musculoskeletal imaging: Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic.
- Experience with Chest imaging, both without and with contrast.
- Familiarity with Head and Neck imaging, including Head and Sinuses both without and with contrast.
- Knowledge of equipment such as GE, PACS, and Toshiba preferred.
- Professional knowledge in Isolation Precautions, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Radiation Safety, and Starting Peripheral IV’s.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in XRAY and CT tech roles.
- ARRT and ARRT-R certifications required; BLS and CT certification necessary.
- EPIC charting system experience preferred.
- Mammo skill/experience is a major plus.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Traveler's primary residence must be at least 25 miles away from the facility.
Salary : $65 - $70
