Day to Day Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between SRM and business units, driving people initiatives from hire to retire, including recruiting actions and understanding compensation.
- Support workforce management, succession planning (our Org Health), labor challenges, retention, and growth development by helping identify skill gaps.
- Connect the dots across the I/S organization by leveraging experts.
- Manage conflict resolution effectively.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, practices, and compensation principles, including incentive design and pay equity.
- Experience translating compensation data into strategic recommendations that support talent and organizational goals.
- Ability to influence and lead through change in complex environments, especially in areas of workforce transformation.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret and leverage complex data to identify organizational needs and inform strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate executive presence with the ability to foster engagement and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Business-savvy with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a strategic OD, HR, or compensation role.
- Strong data analytical skills, particularly in compensation benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
- BP experience with a proven ability to proactively help the business navigate tough and complex situations and provide creative people solutions and recommendations that help move the business forward.
