Key Responsibilities
Assess the human resources implications of business unit strategies, goals, and operational needs, and communicate insights effectively to leadership.
Partner with business leaders, HR Client Relations teams, and subject matter experts to develop and execute HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Deliver HR services including:
Workforce and talent planning
Staffing and recruitment
Compensation And Benefits Support
Employee and labor relations
Performance management
Employee development programs
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies, labor agreements, and ethical standards.
Build strong understanding of company mission, values, competitive landscape, and strategic objectives.
Develop deep knowledge of assigned business unit operations, goals, and economic drivers.
Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support leaders in managing employee relations issues and organizational challenges.
Collaborate with senior HR team members to ensure alignment with company policies and effective decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Professional HR Experience
Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and labor relations regulations
Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices
