- Obtain and maintain medical, surgical, and radiological supplies.
- Maintain sterility and prepare requisitions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to alleviate anxiety.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and verify patient identification.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
- Maintain and stock necessary supplies and ensure cleanliness of the CT unit.
- Coordinate and triage procedures efficiently, ensuring patient safety.
- Screen for allergies and assess patient tolerance to contrast.
- Notify appropriate personnel of equipment malfunctions and maintain QA/QC standards.
- Handle emergency cases with prompt image processing and communication with radiologists.
- HS diploma/GED
- Completion of a Radiographer Technical training program
- ARRT RT (R)
- ARRT RT (CT)
- NJDEP - New Jersey State X-Ray License
- BLS Certification
Salary : $78 - $80
