Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Utilizes supply chain tools to streamline operations and reduce labour needs. Builds dashboards, interprets data, and conducts root cause analysis to support inventory and supply decisions. Contributes to process automation and system scalability.
- Acts as a liaison between teams to ensure priorities are clearly defined and executed. Communicates updates and escalations to stakeholders.
- Assists in raw material planning, product transitions, and last-time buys. Supports buffer strategies and excess inventory mitigation. Collaborates on the rework and redeployment of goods.
- Contributes to planning strategies that balance service levels, cost, and inventory under demand uncertainty. Supports material transfers and inventory alignment. Begins to design solutions for demand shifts and inventory adjustments.
- Partners with suppliers to resolve constraints and align on build plans. Monitors supplier capacity, compliance, and performance metrics. Supports mid-term capacity planning and investment alignment.
- Analyzes supply and demand scenarios and supports contingency planning. Helps develop and execute supply plans in coordination with factories and logistics.

- Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
- Bachelor's in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field AND relevant experience OR Master's in a related field OR relevant experience
