Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field OR
• 4 years relevant IT work experience OR
• 2 years relevant experience with an Associate's degree in a related field
  
  

Required Work Experience

• 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience, specifically in healthcare.
• Strong background in Medicare/Medicaid and healthcare delivery systems.
• Direct experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Candidates with Life Insurance backgrounds struggle — do NOT submit.
  
  

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong IT Business Analysis - Healthcare domain expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Excel (must be advanced enough for BA-level documentation).
• Ability to define business needs in both technical and functional contexts.
• Ability to influence decisions and guide planning/prioritization of BA deliverables.
• Excellent communication across technical, non-technical, and leadership groups.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and provide feedback on:
• Test plans
• Test matrices
• Scope documents
• Design documents
• Project plans
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes and how IT supports them.

• CSPO
• A-CSPO
• PMI-ACP

• SAFe Scaled Agile

Tools & Technologies

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with multi-platform environments and enterprise systems
  
  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into clear technical and business requirements.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer objectives and organizational goals.
• Support strategic planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement sequencing.
• Partner closely with development, QA, operations, and business units.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple priorities.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and Waterfall-based project milestones as needed.
• Provide documentation, requirement traceability, process maps, and workflow analysis.
