We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with Capital Markets business knowledge for our banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Establish project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage resource allocation and budget tracking to optimize project outcomes
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance
- Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and skill development
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 8 years of relevant project management experience
- Demonstrated banking knowledge, 1 - 2 years of prior Capital Markets experience
- Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least three days a week
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
