Responsibilities
- Assist with project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure successful project execution.
- Join cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor project management methodologies to optimize processes and enhance team performance.
- Attend regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed based on project dynamics.
- Identify project risks and assist with mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 0-4 years of relevant project management experience
- Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least three days a week
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
