Investment Accountant

We are looking for experienced investment accountants for our world leading insurance client on a project basis. These roles are fully remote and are expected to conclude in 6 months.

• Own end-to-end derivative/ fixed income/ structured lending/ mortgage loans accounting and reporting across GAAP & STAT
• Ensure all transactions are processed completely, accurately, and on time, holding teams and vendors accountable.
• Oversee Clearwater processing, ensuring data quality, reconciliations, and mapping to SAP are correct
• Direct daily and monthly reconciliations across Clearwater, custodians, counterparties, and the general ledger.
• Lead preparation of disclosures for GAAP/STAT financial statements, NAIC schedules

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 5 years of direct investment accounting experience
• 3 years of relevant insurance industry experience
• Experience with Clearwater system is a plus
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
