Commercial real estate assets do not manage themselves. Behind every well performing portfolio is someone who understands the numbers, reads the market, anticipates the risks and executes the strategy that keeps investors happy and assets growing in value. A real estate investment company in St. Louis, Missouri needs a Senior Associate who can be that person for an assigned portfolio of commercial assets across the country.
You will serve as the day-to-day asset management lead for your portfolio, monitor financial performance against underwriting assumptions, conduct risk assessments, support leasing initiatives, coordinate capital projects and prepare performance reports for senior leadership and investors.
What you need to bring:
- 3 to 7 or more years of commercial real estate asset management, investments, acquisitions or portfolio management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial real estate assets and analyzing property level financial performance
- Strong understanding of real estate underwriting, budgeting, forecasting, leasing and investment structures
- Experience with commercial real estate financial modeling and investment analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Advanced credentials such as CCIM, CPM, CFA, MBA or MSRE preferred
- Experience collaborating with cross functional real estate teams and external stakeholders
