Our client, a respected engineering consulting firm, is hiring a senior-level Project Manager to drive major Transmission & Distribution projects supporting grid reliability and modernization on the Tacoma Power account.If you’ve spent your career leading utility infrastructure projects and enjoy owning large, high-visibility programs from planning through closeout, this role puts you directly at the center of critical power delivery work.What You’ll Be DoingLead the full lifecycle of large-scale T&D projects including planning, engineering, procurement, construction support, and closeoutServe as the primary client-facing leader on utility accountsManage schedules, budgets, forecasts, reporting, and riskDirect multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and contractorsEnsure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all phasesOversee change orders, issue resolution, and continuous improvementPresent project updates to senior leadership and client stakeholdersWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management10–20 years of transmission & distribution project management experienceProven delivery of multimillion-dollar T&D projectsExperience with utilities such as PGE, BPA, PacifiCorp, PSE, or SCL preferredBackground with an engineering or consulting firm strongly desiredProficiency with MS Project, P6, or similar PM toolsStrong leadership, communication, and client management skillsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $180,000–$200,000 per yearFull comprehensive benefits packageTravel and relocation support available
