Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations

• Mentor and support junior architectural staff

• Maintain strong client relationships and project quality standards

Ideal Qualifications

• Licensed Architect preferred

• Strong project management and leadership experience

• Retail architecture experience highly desirable

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with industry-standard architectural software and documentation
