This is a pivotal role as the company moves into commercialization building brand presence, developing new customer relationships, and expanding market adoption.What You'll Be DoingOwn the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and contract signature.Leverage existing networks and industry contacts to build a strong pipeline.Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.Draft SOWs, proposals, and proof-of-concept frameworks.Collaborate cross-functionally on deployments, product insights, and go-to-market strategy.Sales Execution & Pipeline ManagementManage and close opportunities across clinical labs, academic medical centers, and CROsprimarily in the Eastern region.Consistently meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for platform deployments.Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting in HubSpot CRM.Deliver tailored product demos and technical presentations to key decision-makers.Create customer-specific decks, rollout plans, quotes, and commercial documents.Prospecting & Lead DevelopmentGenerate new business via outbound outreach, event networking, and inbound qualification.Use conferences to build relationships and source high-quality leads.Assess prospects based on requirements, budget, authority, and timelines.Partner with marketing on lead conversion and campaign-driven opportunities.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with lab managers, pathology leaders, procurement, R&D, and quality teams.Understand workflows, pain points, and scientific objectives to position virtual staining effectively.Coordinate with product, regulatory, and customer success teams to meet customer needs.Serve as the primary point of contact through close and onboarding.Market Intelligence & StrategyStay current on digital pathology, lab automation, AI/ML, and regulatory trends.Provide ongoing market and customer feedback to product and marketing teams.Support competitive positioning, case studies, and training materials.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with technical teams to scope pilots and proof-of-concept deployments.Partner with legal and regulatory on contracting and compliance.Ensure seamless handoff and adoption post-sale.Collaborate on campaign effectiveness and revenue optimization.What Were Looking For3 to 5 years of full-cycle AE experience within digital pathology, diagnostics, lab automation, or life sciences technology.Must have sold into clinical pathology labs and/or CROs.Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound, conferences, and multi-channel selling.Strong product demo and technical presentation skills.Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).Ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Knowledge of digital pathology, AI/ML applications, or lab workflows strongly preferred.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
