Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines and promoting the company’s employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-of-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing,
- screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and
- success profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job
- boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends,
- candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring positive and consistent
- candidate experience.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial contact through
- onboarding.
- Promote the organization’s employer brand through thoughtful communication and
- engagement strategies.• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking
- System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, and
- hiring practices.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and
- hiring outcomes.
Talent Pipeline & Continuous Improvement
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate
- engagement strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and networking events as
- needed.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent
- combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels preferred
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to assess talent and make sound hiring recommendations• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); UKG preferred, and sourcing tools

- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
