- Develop new business through a structured prospecting strategy, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Identify and qualify opportunities within assigned territory to build a strong sales pipeline
- Secure meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders

- 1.53 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Experience selling value-based or solution-oriented services/products
- Proven track record of quota attainment (Presidents Club or similar achievements a plus)
- Experience with territory management and market development strategies
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work primarily in the field within assigned territory
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10%)
- Ability to lift and carry light materials (up to 10 lbs)
- Base salary: $70,000 $75,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
