📢 Job Opportunity: Product Manager – E-Commerce (Login & Onboarding)
Location: Alpharetta, GA | Work Model: Onsite | Duration: 1 Year Contract
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Login & Onboarding e-commerce products. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and customer experience for seamless login and onboarding journeys. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Sales, and Customer Support to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain strategic vision for Login & Onboarding products.
- Translate customer needs into product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Lead Agile teams, manage program backlog, and plan Product Increments (PIs) in a SAFe environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track delivery progress.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience that drives engagement and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with web customer onboarding, login, or account management.
- Strong skills in Agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification.
- Experience creating vision statements, roadmaps, and user account management systems.
