As an MES Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support operational excellence. Daily tasks include analyzing manufacturing processes, configuring software solutions, providing user training, and ensuring system integration with other enterprise applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and supporting system upgrades will also be key elements of this role.

Qualifications
- Expertise in MES systems design, implementation, and customization
- Experience with manufacturing process analysis and improvement

- Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
