Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of handling all aspects of bookkeeping, including payroll, tax preparation, and financial statement preparation. Location: Los Angeles, CAJob type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5:00pm)Pay: $23-$30/hr. Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and account analysisPrepare and record journal entries with accuracy, ensuring proper debits & credits in accordance with double-entry bookkeeping principlesReconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet accounts regularly to ensure accuracyUtilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Quicken, and other financial tools to maintain precise recordsPrepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsCompute and record numerical dataObtain primary financial data for accounting recordsCheck the accuracy of business transactionsPerform data entry and administrative dutiesQualifications:Bachelor's in accountingMUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN 3PL WAREHOUSE, LOGISTIC, AND TRANSPORTATIONProven experience as a Bookkeeper or Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, QuickenKnowledge of GAAP standards, governmental accounting, and non-profit accountingStrong understanding of financial concepts including double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliationCapable of performing 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasksAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionTalentOne a full-service staffing company helping our communities by connecting them with local employment opportunities.
