We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Support team member to help support our customers and assist with daily office operations.
Location: Huntington Beach, CA (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (in-office) 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $17/hr to $21/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by answering calls and returning voicemails
- Process orders and warranty cases
- Data entry
- General office tasks
Qualifications
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Communication and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
