We are currently looking for a Customer Service Support professional to support the Customer Service and Technical Service teams by handling calls, processing orders, managing warranty cases, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with both administrative tasks and physical products.
Location: Huntington Beach, CA (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (in-office)
Pay: $17/hr to $21/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and return voicemails
- Track and ship spare parts and replacement keys
- Process and organize warranty returns
- Enter and update warranty cases in CRM
- Perform order entry in ERP system (Epicor)
- Manage key and literature requests
- Maintain and file shipping documents
- Assist with team projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
