Customer Experience SupportLocation: Huntington Beach, CA (On-site only)Job Type: Full-time / Monday to FridayPay: $17/hr - $20/hrJob description:Our team is currently seeking a Customer Experience Support specialist to assist with the Customer and Technical Service functions across the North and South American operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is motivated to learn and take on leadership responsibilities.Responsibilities – listed but not limited to:· Handle inbound customer calls and return missed calls/voicemails· Process warranty returns, maintain CRM case files, and support returns analysis· Track, fulfill, and ship spare parts and replacement key requests· Manage order entry in the ERP system for customer, warranty, and overflow CX orders (including EDI and CRM-sourced requests)· Collect, scan, and file shipping and logistics documentation· Support cross-functional CX team projects and provide status updates as needed· Comfortable engaging in hands-on work with products.Qualifications:· Ability to be self-starter and work with minimal supervision· 2 years of Customer Service-related experience· 4-year degree· Business background is a plus· Ability to become a go-to person for internal and external customers.· Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.· Demonstrates appropriate attire, respectful communication, and professional conduct in all interactions.· Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Epicor 10, as well as other ERP and customer management systems.
