Talent One Recruitment & Staffing is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks to support office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting sales invoices.
- Assist with emailing/mailing sales invoices.
- Assist with pulling all Accounts Receivables back-up paperwork for sales invoices.
- Match all purchase order paperwork/packing slips to vendor invoices.
- Enter all invoices for payment.
- Maintain all paid and unpaid A/P invoices.
- All filing should be completed by the end of each week.
- Maintain A/P email and respond to all vendor requests.
- Verify all vendor statements.
- Serve as a back-up in processing weekly A/P.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize
