Salary Range: $70K - $90K
Schedule: Typically, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Call: 1–2 call shifts per week; 30-minute callback response
Sign-on Bonus: Yes
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The OR supports orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN, robotic-assisted procedures, and other perioperative services.
Key Responsibilities

Provide safe nursing care throughout the pre-, intra-, and post-operative process.

Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.

Circulate during surgical procedures and anticipate surgical team needs.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.

Support efficient OR workflow and high-quality patient outcomes.

May float to Endoscopy as needed.
Requirements
-
2 years of Surgery/Operating Room Circulating RN experience required

Active North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license with NC endorsement

Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

BLS required within 30 days of hire

ACLS required within 90 days of hire

Must be able to meet the 30-minute callback requirement
