Salary Range: $111K - $126K

As the Market Director of People Services, you will lead the Human Resources function across the region, serving as a strategic partner to hospital leadership while aligning people strategy with business goals. You'll manage talent acquisition, employee relations, policy compliance, and staff development, all while fostering a workplace culture that attracts, retains, and grows top talent.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR department goals, strategies, and standards

Lead all HR operations, including hiring, performance management, compliance, and staff development

Oversee departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations

Serve as a key advisor in employee relations matters

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies (e.g., HIPAA)

Manage audits, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives

Build a collaborative and growth-minded culture within the HR team

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion

Regular and reliable attendance required

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a Human Resources Director or senior-level HR leadership role

Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a healthcare setting

Proven employee relations background with strong decision-making capabilities
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience may be considered
Key Competencies & Skills:

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, spreadsheets, and reporting

Ability to handle complex, varied problems using sound judgment

Experience in project management, budgeting, and departmental planning
Physical & Mental Requirements
