Location: Plymouth, MN
Shift: 6:00PM - 6:00AM
Description:
Seeking a reliable Press Assistant to support the setup and operation of an 8–10 color Flexographic Printing Press. This role involves material handling, cleaning/maintenance, and assisting the Press Operator to ensure safe, efficient production.
Responsibilities:

Assist with press setup and operation

Load/unload rolls, sleeves, anilox (lift up to 75 lbs)

Check ink viscosity; clean print stations, pumps, plates, and anilox

Assemble/adjust doctor blade chambers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of press area

Follow safety procedures and operator direction
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
2 years related experience preferred

Ability to read/write English and follow safety guidelines

Basic mechanical aptitude; able to operate pallet jack

Strong record-keeping, quality control, and troubleshooting skills

Able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
