Position Description
We are seeking an Espresso and Coffee Equipment Technician and Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined problem solver who enjoys hands-on work, values customer relationships, and is comfortable balancing service calls, deliveries, and production support in a fast-paced coffee operation.
This position combines field service, scheduled delivery routes, and in-house production assistance when equipment service demands are light.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience repairing coffee or similar commercial foodservice equipment.
· Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
· Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to multiple locations throughout the day.
· Comfort using technology, service software, and diagnostic tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to getting the job done right
