Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Foreman Supervisor to lead field crews and oversee the execution of earthwork, utility pipeline, and roadway construction projects. This role is responsible for planning daily operations, managing crews and equipment, and ensuring all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
The Foreman Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader in the field, driving productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily work activities for earthwork, utility, and roadway projects
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate field crews and equipment
- Manage short-term scheduling to meet project deadlines and milestones
- Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
- Maintain a safe and compliant jobsite, enforcing all safety protocols
- Train, mentor, and delegate tasks effectively to crew members
- Monitor jobsite progress and adjust workflow as needed to maintain productivity
- Communicate clearly with team members, management, and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve jobsite challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee project completion from start to finish
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience leading crews and completing construction projects
- Strong background in earthwork, underground utilities, and roadway construction
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Preferred Experience
- Municipal utility construction
- Civil infrastructure or excavation contracting
- Residential coordination on infrastructure projects

Pay: $25.36 - $42.00 per hour
