Temporary PACE Activity Aide for LOA
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 4-6 months.
LOCATION: 3364 Beyer Blvd, San Ysidro, CA 92173
SCHEDULE: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri.
SYH JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED are required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One year experience in a patient activities program with the elderly or disabled in a health care setting preferred.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of activity programs.
- Encourage and motivate participants to engage in activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized activity area.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving activity programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Patience and empathy when interacting with participants.
