What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a multi-state territory with full autonomy
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users
- Lead live product demos and deliver consultative sales solutions
- Collaborate with a supportive internal team focused on your success
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in outside sales — ideally capital equipment, foodservice, or hospitality
- A hunter mindset: you thrive on driving new business and closing deals
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative selling approach
- Comfortable being on the road and managing your own schedule
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $55,000
- Guaranteed Commission: $1,000/month (even with no sales)
- OTE Year 1: $85K | Top Reps: $110K
- Monthly Reimbursements: $900 vehicle $100 phone
