Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the biotech/pharma industry.
• An expert level of knowledge in full-lifecycle recruitment including Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated successes in networking and building pipelines, comprehensive behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills, strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experienced with a variety of sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, internet postings, networking, social media and other additional cost-effective non-traditional sourcing methods.
