Role: IT Service Desk & Field Support Engineer (Senior Level)
Location: Warren, NJ - Onsite
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Desk and Field Support environments
- Strong experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows-based systems and enterprise environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure Portal (Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID)
- Microsoft Intune (including Company Portal)
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Admin Center
- Microsoft Teams Admin Center
- Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Endpoint Central
- Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting
- Group Policy (GPO), DHCP, DNS
- Zscaler and Okta
